    • Assist you in conceptualizing, developing, integrating you business culture along with your needs. Implement and then enhance the program to align with the growth and advancement of your organization
  • En-Route Services & Management
    • Pre-Move Assessment and counseling with the employee
    • Manage the logistics and implementation of the eligible services.
    • Liaison with third party providers and quality control

  • Visas and Immigration
    • Assessment of visa requirements, case management, maintenance and compliance to immigration and employment laws

  • Temporary Living
    • Assessment of Needs, determining location and proximity to employment location, liaising with partners and management of the service

    • Liaise with partners regarding pre-move survey, packing and loading, shipping date, expected arrival, storage, customs clearance and management of service
  • Final Travel and Rental Car
    • Liaise with partners regarding flight schedules, rental car at destination, pre-departure temporary housing, en-route logistics planning and management of the service
  • Automobile Transport
    • Assessment of needs, logistics planning and implementation, schedule of shipment and arrival, delivery and management of the service
  • Pet Relocation
    • Assessment of needs, schedule a survey, pre-departure requirements, post arrival requirements at quarantine, customs documentation, delivery and management of service
  • Rental or Purchase Home Finding
    • Match the needed services whether for rental or purchase of a home, management of the progress of the service
  • US Credit Card
    • This service is a US in-bound only. Setup requirements and management of the service
  • Automobile Purchase
    • This service is a US in-bound only. Setup the requirements and management of the service
  • Pre-departure Services
    • This service is applicable only to those who has a rental home that may require lease termination, cleaning and key turn over prior to departure for an assignment or transfer of work location
  • Immersion to Community (Pre-decision or Area Tour)
    • Visit the destination city and will have the ability to look and see the amenities of the host city or tour the area of intended destination
  • Settling-In Services
    • Country specific needs are guided by the assigned Destination Service Consultant. Work Permit and registration are based on country requirements. US in-bound will be guided by the Global Consultant

  • Spousal Assistance
    • Assist spouses of Assignees to get adjusted to their new destination

  • Cross-Cultural Training
    • Content of the training will be country-specific based upon the needs of the employee and family. Language learning is also available

  • On Assignment Maintenance
    • Manage the needed services by the assignee during the second year or longer term duration of the assignment
  • Expense Management and Reporting
    • Audit of all relocation expenses, management of reporting for purposes of taxation of each employee, management of payroll reconciliation for the benefits incurred

  • Repatriation Program Management
    • Conduct the repatriation orientation and counseling about your policy.  Manage the logistics and implementation of different services (as applicable from the list above). Liaising with Partners and measuring success.
